These state-of-the-art showrooms and service centers are part of the brand’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy, bringing world-class automotive luxury closer to customers in key emerging markets.
India’s most desirable luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz today, expanded its footprint in two key future potential growth markets of Faridabad and Agra. These market expansions are part of MercedesBenz’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy, which are witnessing soaring aspirations of customers and their strong preference for luxury marquee like Mercedes-Benz, in these markets.
In addition to Agra, Mercedes-Benz will strengthen its presence in other key markets like Kanpur and Varanasi in the coming months, underlining the growing importance of Uttar Pradesh as a key region with potential growth possibilities. With the inauguration of Prime Star in Agra, Mercedes-Benz has moved closer to the customer by bridging the gap in regions that previously had no direct presence from the brand. The state-of-the-art 32,000 sq.ft. facility, operated by Prime Star, features a Top-End Vehicle Lounge, Exclusive Hospitality, and a Dedicated Handover Bay. Strategically located in Agra’s automobile hub on NH19, it ensures convenient access and a prominent brand presence. ‘Prime Star Agra’ embodies MercedesBenz’s world-class luxury retail format, emphasizing the four pillars of Design, Architecture, CustomerOriented Processes, and Digital Enhancements. Mercedes-Benz also inaugurated a new workshop in Faridabad yesterday. T&T Motors Faridabad features an impressive 147 ft facade spanning over 72,000 sq.ft.,complete with an integrated stockyard. The facility is one of the largest, featuring over 100 parking spaces. The facility had 15 productive bays and 8 supporting bays, in addition to a Premier Express Prime Service Bay, where service delivery is committed within 3 hours. Customers can indulge in a truly luxurious and personalized hospitality experience at the reception area. It also has a dedicated handover bay for personalized vehicle deliveries. The workshop also offers a Hospitality Counter with a shop wall, private and semi-private consultation areas, and a high-end customer lounge. Additionally, the site is equipped with a 180KW Fast Charger for customers to relax and sip coffee while their vehicles are charged.

Prime Star Agra enables Mercedes-Benz to cater to customers’ evolving purchase patterns, as increasingly online and offline channels interlink, resulting in the need for a seamless ‘omni-channel’ retail experience. The luxury facility will offer test drives of the entire Mercedes-Benz lineup, including its ultra-luxury range. It will also provide a comprehensive suite of services, encompassing vehicle sales, dedicated aftersales support, and a state-of-the-art BEV charging facility. The exclusive ‘Customer Lounge’ is a space for customers to experience Mercedes-Benz’s desirable ‘Ultra-Luxury’ vehicles. It focuses on the three main design aspects of ‘clarity’, ‘sensuous curve’, and ‘refined rounding’, offering the most exclusive luxury experience.
Consulting Areas: The warm materials and reduced ceiling height adds to the ‘Consulting Area’ a quality of character which makes it a pleasant place to be in. Various seating situations can be chosen for individual consultations in accordance with the customer preferences. Media surfaces are integrated seamlessly behind Black Glass and can be controlled individually by the Consultant who can use them to support the consultancy activity.
Exclusive Customer Contact Areas: The Customer Contact Areas in the Showroom are used exclusively for customer consultancy. All permanent workplaces are provided in the Back Office.
Private Consulting Room: A room separated by glass walls and treated with privacy screening is available for confidential discussions. Media presentations and lighting effects allow the room to be configured for a specific brand
Media surfaces support the consultancy activity. An integrated screen adds a new dimension to how the customer experiences transparency and product showcasing. Creates a digital and emotional experience for a seamless customer journey.
Boutique Item Shop: The Boutique Item Shop immediately adjoins the Waiting Area. Shop Gondolas and Display Cabinets allow products from the accessories and collection range to be presented flexibly in the space.
Vehicle Handover: Designed as a “black box”, this space places the emphasis on creating a personal experience-oriented staging of the handover process. As this space is equipped with 8 screen media displays, it is possible both to play atmospheric content and explain product characteristics. This is also to ensure privacy for the customers taking delivery of the cars.
Exclusive Lounge: The Exclusive Lounge concept is in line with MAR20X. This is also equipped with an 8- screen media display showcasing our ultra-luxury vehicles like the Maybach, S-Class and high-end AMG. A space for VIP customers and the most exclusive products. It focusses on the three main design gestures Clarity, Sensuous curve and Refined rounding are integrated and amplified to create an elevated spatial expression of Sensual Purity.
Vehicle Display: Vehicles are presented in a clean, visually reduced setting free from furnishings and displays. Media surfaces highlight certain individual areas, enabling a flexible and atmospheric setting for the products. Each product has a digital specification stand which provides complete information about the respective products.
