Autel Brings Its Advanced Automotive Diagnostic and EV Charging Solutions to India’s Largest Automobile Exhibition

Autel, a global leading provider of automotive intelligent diagnostics, inspection and TPMS products and services, announces that the company is exhibiting at India’s largest biennial automobile exhibition Auto Expo 2023 held on January 12-15, 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Having been deeply involved in the global automotive intelligent diagnostic and testing sector for more than ten years, Autel has three major product lines for the India region, namely automotive diagnostic products, immobilizer series of devices, and TPMS series for automotive tire pressure monitoring systems.

Autel regards the Indian auto market, which has been developing rapidly in recent years, as one of the key markets for its business expansion strategy. Statistics show that in 2021, India’s car sales reached 3.08 million units, making it the fourth largest car market only next to China, the United States and Japan. In 2022, India is expected to see its new car sales hitting 4.25 million units, surpassing Japan to become the world’s third largest car market.

Claire Zuo, CEO of the India, Middle East, and Africa region, said, “The market demand for diagnostic systems in India will continue to grow rapidly. Therefore, Autel will continue to launch comprehensive automotive diagnostic products and solutions that meet the market demand, while adding extra services such as cloud services and remote experts to provide customers with cost-effective solutions.”

Considering the specific needs and demands of the Indian market, Autel’s R&D division in India strive to develop products that meet the market’s distinctive requirements. Autel’s product and software lineup for India also focuses on the development of products for Indian domestic vehicle brands including Tata, Mahindra and Maruti, which hold the majority market share for passenger car sales in India. All products sold in India also come with Indian version software and extension packages which are exclusive to the Indian market.

Currently, Autel is preparing electric vehicle diagnostic solutions for the aftermarket with the Autel Maxisys Ultra EV and Maxisys 909 EV. These products provide a comprehensive solution to the electric vehicle repair industry in India as well as the technicians who are looking forward to entering the electric vehicle diagnostics and repair space.

Autel strives to be a global leading provider of automotive electronics and diagnostic equipment and tools based on a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. At the Auto Show held in India this year, Autel will demonstrate its advanced immobilizer and diagnostics solutions.
