Commercial electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised Rs. 50 crore (500 million) in a funding co-led by Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
The fresh capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development (R&D), enhance the nationwide dealer and service network, and accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions.
With production facilities in Faridabad and Pune, OSM continues to expand its footprint across cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.

According to the company’s latest financial performance, Omega Seiki Mobility reported approximately ₹333 crore in FY26 revenue, achieved ₹7.3 crore in Profit After Tax (PAT), and delivered a 7.7% EBITDA margin, underscoring its disciplined growth strategy. Backed by the 55-year manufacturing legacy of the Anglian Omega Group, the company today serves marquee customers including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé.
According to a recent pre-IPO research report, Omega Seiki Mobility has been valued in the range of ₹1,775 crore to ₹2,833 crore, reflecting its strong positioning in the electric commercial vehicle segment, improving financial performance, and long-term growth potential.
