Okaya EV Announces Price Reductions Across Entire Product Line-Up

Okaya EV has made a significant announcement by reducing the prices of its entire electric vehicle line-up. This strategic move aims to make electric scooters more affordable, offering discounts up to INR 18,000, with the promotional pricing valid until 29th February 2024.

Okaya’s electric scooter models, renowned for their efficiency and reliability, now start at an attractive price of INR 74,899, allowing customers to enjoy a remarkable range of 75 kilometers per charge. The Faast F4, equipped with two batteries and boasting the highest battery capacity in the industry at 4.4 kWh, is now available at a reduced price of INR 1,19,990, down from the previous INR 1,37,990, offering a substantial range of 140 to 160 kilometers per charge.

All Okaya Electric Scooters are equipped with the BLDC Hub motor and are ICAT certified under AIS 156 Amendment III Phase 2, ensuring a safer and reliable ride with robust IP67 waterproof and dust-resistant features.

LFP batteries are considered the safest technology for Indian weather conditions, offering a longer lifespan compared to NMC batteries. This technology ensures enhanced safety, optimal functioning in high-temperature conditions, and improved discharge and charge efficiency.

Anshul Gupta, Managing Director of Okaya EV, emphasised the brand’s commitment to affordability and accessibility, stating, ‘We have significantly lowered the prices across the entire range to strengthen affordability. This strategic move aims to alleviate any concerns customers may have regarding EV pricing, ultimately accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles in India. We are confident that this initiative will propel EV adoption forward and enable us to achieve significant milestones in the near future.’

With a maximum reduction of INR 18,000 until the end of February, Okaya EV continues to set benchmarks in the electric vehicle industry, showcasing innovation alongside a commitment to affordability and accessibility.
