Montra Electric, part of TI Clean Mobility, showcased its innovative electric vehicle range at BMGE 2025, unveiling two key products. Jalaj Gupta, Managing Director of TI Clean Mobility, shared, “We’ve officially brought all our brands under the Montra Electric umbrella, marking a new milestone in our journey.”
The company introduced the EVIATOR, an e-SCV with a 3.5-tonne GVW, and the Super Cargo, an e 3-wheeler designed for advanced cargo transport. “Extensive trials and customer seeding have been conducted. I’m happy to confirm that we’ve signed an MoU for supplying 600-800 EVIATORs over the next year,” Gupta stated.
Montra Electric also displayed RHINO, India’s first electric heavy commercial 55-tonne truck, which has already clocked over 5 million kilometers with multiple customers. “We are India’s first true blue EV manufacturer, developing all four segments, including tractors, entirely on our own without any technological tie-ups,” Gupta emphasized.
With its presence in 3-wheeler last-mile solutions, small and heavy commercial vehicles, and e-tractors, Montra Electric aims to play a pivotal role in India’s journey toward net-zero carbon emissions by 2070. Backed by a manufacturing capacity of 1.5 lakh vehicles annually and plans to expand its dealer network, Gupta added, “Electric vehicle sales are expected to grow fivefold by 2030. With the government’s push and the evolving ecosystem, we are confident about electrifying mobility and making a meaningful impact.”
