Jupiter Electric Mobility Partners with Porter to Drive Electric Logistics Growth

Support for EV Adoption: Drivers and small business owners purchasing Jupiter’s electric commercial vehicle, Tez, will receive guidance on scaling their operations.

Driver Onboarding: Porter will help onboard drivers for these EVs, aiming to create opportunities in the growing electric logistics sector.

Sustainability Goals: Both companies aim to contribute to a greener logistics ecosystem by encouraging the use of electric vehicles.

Tanuj Khandelwal, VP at Porter, stated that the collaboration aligns with their goal to empower logistics professionals and promote sustainability. Jupiter Electric Mobility, a subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons Ltd, emphasized that this initiative will help drivers increase their earnings while adopting environmentally friendly practices.

Porter, with a network of over 7.5 lakh drivers operating in 22 cities, will play a critical role in facilitating the Udaan programme’s reach.
