Hosted at the prestigious Water’s Edge, the event marked a significant milestone in Sri Lanka’s journey toward greener and more innovative transportation solutions.

With the first dealership already operational at Maradana Road, Colombo, Revolt Motors plans to establish a robust presence across the country by opening additional dealerships in 11 strategic locations, including Kurunegala, Madurankuliya, Matara, Embilipitiya, Elpitiya, Batticaloa, Kirindiwela, Horana, Kelaniya, and Tangalle.

The launch was graced by the presence of Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Pvt Ltd, alongside Bob Kundanmal, Chairman of Evolution Auto, the exclusive distributor of Revolt Motors in Sri Lanka. The dignitaries spoke passionately about the future of electric mobility and Revolt’s pioneering role in redefining the two-wheeler segment with advanced technology and a focus on sustainability.

Revolt’s flagship model, the RV400, is a game-changer in the electric motorcycle landscape. Designed to meet the needs of Sri Lankan riders, it offers a range of up to 160 km on a single charge and a top speed of 85 km/h, making it perfect for both urban commuting and longer journeys. With features such as customizable riding modes (Eco, City, and Sport), AI-enabled connectivity, and mobile app integration, the RV400 combines performance, innovation, and affordability.

Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. emphasized the significance of the launch, stating, “The RV400 is more than just a motorcycle; it’s a revolution in mobility that bridges the gap between sustainability and modernity. This is a defining moment not only for Revolt Motors but for Sri Lanka’s shift toward a greener future.” She highlighted the brand’s commitment to empowering individuals and communities with cleaner, more efficient alternatives to traditional vehicles and the potential of electric vehicles to reduce carbon emissions while providing riders with cost-effective, high-performance transportation options.

Bob Kundanmal, Chairman of Evolution Auto, expressed his excitement about introducing Revolt’s transformative electric motorcycles to Sri Lanka, calling it a pivotal step toward revolutionizing the country’s mobility landscape. He emphasized that the partnership with Atman Group and Sino Lanka Private Limited is poised to accelerate EV adoption, supported by strong infrastructure and dedicated after-sales service.

The RV400 is equipped with an IP67-rated battery, ensuring durability in Sri Lanka’s varied weather conditions, and features such as dual disc brakes, a combined braking system, and adjustable suspension for a smooth and safe ride on diverse terrains.

Beyond its practical features, the RV400 sets itself apart with advanced AI-enabled functions, including real-time alerts, geo-fencing, reverse mode, and keyless ignition. Riders can enjoy a seamless integration of technology into their daily commutes, with features like navigation assistance, call alerts, and remote start accessible through the mobile app.
