Erkey Motors, a pioneering force in electric mobility since its inception in 2021, is thrilled to unveil its latest offering in electric two-wheelers: the ERKEY D92. This product launch marks a significant step towards the company’s mission of environmental sustainability, aiming to reshape the perception of two-wheeled transportation in India. 

A sneak peek into the ERKEY D92 reveals an impressive performance, with an expected top speed of 110 kmph and a range of up to 150 km on a single charge. The vehicle also boasts a fast-charging option, further emphasising the brand’s commitment to efficiency and convenience. 

The motorcycle is ergonomically designed, considering the average dimensions of over 90% of the population, ensuring a comfortable ride. The D92 is powered by an 8KW motor, delivering the necessary torque for daily commutes. Furthermore, safety remains paramount with features such as a real-time cell balancing to prevent overload or excess discharge. 

For those concerned about the charging infrastructure, Erkey Motors has addressed this potential roadblock. The ERKEY D92 offers a swift charging solution, expected charging from 0 to 80% in just 2 hours. Riders can use any 5A plug point with a portable charger. The in-built auto cut-off and surge protection ensure a safe charging experience. 

But the innovation doesn’t stop there. The motorcycle is designed for the unique challenges of Indian roads. Features include a (5″) display for all riding essentials, and no torque ripple ensuring smooth rides. 

The company has also introduced a swappable battery feature, allowing riders to never worry about running out of charge. The detachable battery pack enhances the convenience factor, allowing riders to charge their batteries at home or work. 

Moreover, safety is of utmost importance for Erkey Motors and is ensured through features such as thermal conductive filler material that renders the battery fireproof and real-time cell balancing that prevents overload or excess discharge.
